Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

This package is valid year-round; peak season travel and all featured resorts are subject to availability. Book within 12 months and complete travel within 24 months of purchase. Reservations must be requested at least 90 days in advance. Travelers may select from multiple 4-5 star hotels in their chosen destination. Accommodations: All-Inclusive stays are 4 nights for 2 guests; Sedona, AZ stays are 5 nights for up to 2 guests (studio/1-bedroom); Las Vegas and Music Lover’s Dream stays are 3 nights for 2 guests. Stays must be for consecutive nights and cannot be broken up. Inclusions & Exclusions: Only All-Inclusive Resorts include meals, most beverages, taxes, and gratuities. All packages exclude airfare, personal expenses, and any fees (such as resort or amenity fees) payable directly to the property. You will be contacted regarding specific add-ons (Golf for Sedona; Tours/Tickets for Vegas/Music Lovers) after your hotel and dates are confirmed.
